My name is Corlina Johnson, or CJ. I am a Florida-licensed, Board-certified Adult-Gerontologic Nurse Practitioner specializing in both general and HIV primary care.  I am committed to offering more than my medical expertise.

With deep roots in client and community advocacy, 24+ combined years of experience in clinical nursing, Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Allergy/Asthma, and Immunology, PLUS a robust network of public health, social service, and behavioral health allies, I proudly integrate comprehensive care that addresses my clients’ entire wellbeing.

My approach to primary care is body- and sex-positive, affirming your unique identity in every interaction and care plan. I provide a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where your body, identity, and experiences are respected.

I am dedicated to serving and empowering individuals and communities who have been underserved and even harmed by the traditional health system. As such, I offer options to assist qualifying clients without insurance who need primary care. I also facilitate linkage to Ryan White and/or social services, safe transportation options to/from appointments for those in need, and home-based care for clients who are homebound.

I also offer Reiki as a complementary therapy to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and pain while restoring balance.

My approach is unconventional, but intentional.
